Shipping costs quoted at check-out are guidelines only and we can often find a cheaper alternative. Once we have received your order, either through the website or by e-mail to info@didactica.co.uk we will e-mail you with the correct shipping cost.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch the item as soon as it is back in stock.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for deliveries that arrive later than the estimated delivery timeframes.

Large or exceptionally heavy orders may incur a shipping surcharge. If this applies to your order we will e-mail with the amended shipping cost to obtain your agreement before despatch.

URGENT ORDERS
If you have an urgent order, please give us a call on 01451 844435 (+44 1451 844435 if calling from overseas). We will do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
