This website, found under the www.montessori-activities.com URL, is operated by Didactica Learning Resources Ltd and references to "Didactica", "we", "us" and "our" shall be deemed to be references to Didactica Learning Resources Ltd. References to "you", and "your" shall be deemed to be references to person placing an order via this website.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us either by telephone on 01451 844435, by email at: info@didactica.co.uk or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Didactica to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Didactica for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.

PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Every product bought is sold subject to its product descriptions which outlines any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, without restriction, terms and conditions regarding approximate delivery dates/times, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees.

We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of website products are accurate at the time at publication. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. Please note that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions.

SECURITY
We use SagePay (formerly Protx) to process our online payments. SagePay are the UK & Ireland’s leading independent payment services provider and are Level 1 (highest Level) compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Once you are ready to pay for your order, you will be transferred to the SagePay Payment Processing Server where you will be asked to enter your payment details. SagePay ensure that every transaction is encrypted to the highest global standards and all sensitive data is secured beyond the levels demanded by the payment authorities and card schemes. Didactica do not have access to your payment details at any time.

We are in no doubt that it is completely secure to order online, however, we would be pleased to receive your credit or debit card details by phone or fax if you prefer. Alternatively you may pay by cheque -  in this case orders will be despatched once the funds have cleared.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Didactica does not look to exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence or that of its employees, agents, members or directors or for any misrepresentation that is fraudulent.

To the utmost extent allowed by law and save as provided above, neither Didactica nor any linked company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied condition, guarantee, or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Didactica or any of its employees, agents, members or directors or otherwise) for any indirect special or resultant loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), expenses, costs, or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of the Montessori Activities website, the supply of the products or their use of resale by you).

These limitations of liability, as outlined here, shall apply equally for the benefit of Didactica and any other linked company.

Whilst we try and do everything reasonable to try and keep the information on this website up-to-date and correct, Didactica do not give any warranty to its completeness or correctness and Didactica cannot be held responsible for any omissions, errors or for any resulting implications from the use of this information.

Didactica make all reasonable effort to ensure a reliable and fast service but we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be free from interruption or errors and cannot be held responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto computer systems.
